Last Practice

On Tuesday, March 1, I had the last swimming practice this season. This season was very interesting, and I made some new friends. Our swimmng team went to several colleges for meets, and some meets were very absorbing to see. The last practice was short and intense. We worked on starts from blocks and flip turns. Then our assistant coach told us to meditate because on the next day the team should have gone to nationals in Buffalo. Meditation is a very good exercise because people can relax and refresh their mind. This swimming season means a lot for me because I got a big experience in communicating with people and improved my swimming techniques.
